WHEN TO ARRIVE
In order to facilitate your stay at THE SPA, we kindly suggest you to arrive 10 minutes ahead of the beginning of the treatments reserved for you.
CANCELLATION
For any annullement, please inform THE SPA at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of the amount of the booked massage or treatment.
DRESS CODE
Within the SPA it is compulsory to wear a swim-suit. Underwear is not appropriate to enter the SPA. To avoid burns, we kindly suggest you to take off any jewel or watch. It is recommended to enter the SPA without make-up in order to facilitate the purification of the skin.
SPA KIT
Towel, slippers and bathrobe are provided to guests. In the SPA there are two changing rooms – male and female – equipped with cabinets with numbered key, shower and hair drier.
